MEET YOUR
When your home feels like too much, I swoop in like Mary Poppins, and create peace.
AS SEEN IN
HEY, I’M SARAH… WITH AN ‘H’.
10 YEARS TRANSFORMING PORTLAND HOMES// TRUSTED ORGANIZER// ANIMAL LOVER// SWIFTIE// LEOPARD PRINT IS MY NEUTRAL
My mission? Helping people finally feel good in their homes. To clear the chaos, cut the crap (literally), and make space for the life you want to live. I’m not here to sell you a Pinterest-perfect dream or convince you that matching containers will magically solve everything… because they won’t.
What I’m here for…
02
Create calm, supportive, livable spaces that feel like you—not a showroom.
04
And yeah, make your home feel lighter, easier, and better to be in.
01
Clear the clutter you’ve been avoiding for years (yes, that pile).
03
Finish the job you’ve been trying to start on your own.
I bring order, strategy, and non-judgy support into spaces that have felt like “too much” for way too long. I roll up my sleeves and help you edit, organize, and let go. And then? I personally donate what I can to places in our community that need it. So your things go on to help someone else, not sit in a garage corner for the next six months.
It’s not just about clearing stuff. It’s about curating a home that feels good to live in.
“Working with Sarah was one of the best decisions I made. After losing our parents and grandparents, my sister and I were overwhelmed by everything we inherited. Sarah was kind, caring, and empathetic as she helped us organize, donate, and clear out our father’s estate—making space for both progress and healing. I’ve recommended her to just about everyone. She is the very best.”

Letting Go with Purpose
Every donation gets sorted and delivered personally to local organizations that need it.
Giving to these spots (and so many more) feels good—it helps people, keeps stuff out of landfills, and makes it easier to let go. It’s a win for your home and the planet.
-
Portland’s furniture bank. They make sure gently used home goods go straight to families rebuilding their lives.
Just some of what I donate here: home decor, kitchen items, bedding, towels, lamps, small appliances, furniture. -
They give old tech new life—refurbishing computers and recycling electronics responsibly.
Just some of what I donate here: laptops, monitors, cords, phones, anything that plugs in. -
A free-roam, no-kill cat shelter that cares for homeless and special-needs cats Every year they host a holiday store fundraiser to support their work, so I donate seasonal decor that helps them raise money for the cats.
Some of what I donate: ornaments, tree toppers, wreaths, garland, stockings, holiday decor and figurines, table linens (holiday tablecloths, runners, napkins), gift wrap, bags, and bows, advent calendars. -
Tiny neighborhood libraries that make books easy to share and stories easy to find.
Some of what I donate here: gently used books for kids and adults.
-
They fill the gaps for local kids—clothing, diapers, books, toys, and more.
Some of what I donate here: clothes, blankets, hygiene items, small toys. -
A local rescue that helps cats and dogs find their people and get the care they need.
Some of what I donate here: towels and blankets, pet beds and crate pads, leashes and collars, food and water bowls, cleaning supplies (paper towels, laundry detergent, disinfectant). -
They turn “extras” into art supplies and creative inspiration instead of landfill waste.
Some of what I donate: paper (scrapbook paper, cardstock, maps, wrapping paper), notebooks and journals, art supplies (paint, brushes, markers, pens), miscellaneous creative materials (wood pieces, corks, hardware).
Want to know more of my story? Let’s rewind a bit.
Sure, I played street hockey, rode bikes, and ran wild with the neighborhood kids–but I was also the kid rearranging my bedroom furniture for fun and editing my Lisa Frank sticker collection down to only the “best ones.”
I’ve always had the urge to make things feel better—to tweak, to tidy, to transform. Not to impress anyone, but because it just felt right.
Fast forward a few years, and I’m the friend who would casually redo your kitchen drawers if you let me in the house long enough. I didn’t call it organizing—I just thought I was helping. And honestly? I loved it. Always have.
But the real shift came after I took on a project as a surprise wedding gift. While my friends were off getting married overseas, I spent the week completely transforming their home. I cleaned, edited, organized, and styled every room so they could walk into a space that felt like a fresh start. And when they did? It clicked.
I wasn’t just doing something nice—I was doing something life-changing.
That project lit a fire. I realized this thing I’ve always done for fun, it has value. It helps people breathe easier, live lighter, and feel at peace in their own space. I turned that realization into Simplify Curate—a business rooted in my natural skills and my belief that home should feel like a soft landing.
Now I work with clients all over Portland (and beyond), helping them let go of the stuff that’s weighing them down—and not just organizing what’s left, but transforming how it all feels.
And honestly? I’m just getting started.
